A regular client of ours came to us to produce the Building Regulations package and basic construction drawings for a site he had previously bought with planning consent for 5 flats.

Unfortunately the planning drawings we inherited were not particularly good. They were not accurate, such that the levels across the site were not properly dealt with, the basic layout did not comply with current Building Regulations, and detailing was generally poor. We therefore revamped the scheme to bring it in line with the Building Regulations.
